Ted Hastings – CEO and President
Ted joins Moxy Media from Geosign where he served as President. At Geosign, Ted was instrumental in completing a US $160 million private equity financing as well as five strategic acquisitions. Prior to Geosign Ted was with High Jump Software, a division of 3M, where he was responsible for the post-acquisition integration of Global Beverage Group (GBG) into High Jump’s Delivery division. As Chief Executive Officer of GBG for five years, Ted increased the company’s value through a series of nine strategic acquisitions, ultimately culminating in the sale of Global Beverage Group to 3M, a Fortune 100 Company. Prior to GBG, he was Chief Executive Officer of the software company, Endgame Systems. Ted worked four years at Deloitte & Touche LLP where he earned his CA and CPA designations.

Paul Filsinger – Chief Technology Officer / Vice President, Domains
Paul joins Moxy Media as Chief Technology Officer from Geosign Corporation, where during his tenure as CTO he successfully built the company technology platforms and led Geosign’s entry into the Internet domains acquisition and management business. Paul has 15 years of IT and application development experience in Internet, SMB and Fortune 500 organizations. Previously, Paul served as Vice President of Technical Services at Orbex Computer Systems, and founded Alphatech Computer Systems. At Moxy Media, Paul has led the development of all technical platforms, including Web, advertising, early local search and data mining initiatives.

Steve Rossow – Vice President, Business Development
Steve joined Moxy Media as Vice President of Business Development in 2007 and is responsible for growing new media sales and developing opportunities for Moxy Media. Steve brings 25 years of sales, marketing and business development experience, applying technology, Internet products and services to consumers, SMB and Fortune 500 organizations. Steve joined us from Eforcemedia, growing their lead generation business through strategic alliances. Steve was the Business Development Director for AVAYA, launching IP Telephony into the cable industry, Fortune 500 and SMB markets. Steve was also recruited to AT&T, getting its WorldNet service launched from scratch. As Worldnet’s first Business Development Director, Steve created strategic alliances with over 80 companies and created the “Internet for Everyone Sweepstakes.” He also launched Worldnet’s e-commerce initiatives. Steve left AT&T to become the Vice President of Business Development of iMall, Inc., a publicly-held e-commerce enabler. He played a pivotal role in a $14 million investment from First Data Corporation to build their e-commerce gateway and created the relationship and eventual sale of iMall to Excite@Home in 1999 for $565 million.
